Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the Group of Seven on Sunday calling for sustained support in the face of the Russian military operation and beyond.

Sitting alongside Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who was in Kyiv on a surprise visit, Zelenskyy said that Ukraine will require $5 to 7 billion in monthly support as the conflict continues and some $600 billion in reconstruction aid once it ends.
He also put forward a newly developed package of sanctions that would further tighten restrictions on Russian imports and exports, as he called out Hungary for looking to impede economic punishment of Russia.
