Zelensky to consult EU allies during Canada stop before US talks

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is scheduled to hold a video call with European Union leaders during a stopover in Canada en route to the United States, ahead of a planned meeting with US President Donald Trump.

Zelensky is travelling to Florida and will first stop in Canada, where he is set to meet Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney. During the stopover, Zelensky and Carney plan to jointly engage in online discussions with European leaders. The consultations are intended to review current developments, share updates, and coordinate positions ahead of Zelensky’s discussions with the US president.
