Rakhine Chief Minister U Htein Lin on Thursday met with the youth representatives who are going to attend the Youth Peace Forum 2026.

The forum aimed to highlight the importance of youth involvement in promoting national peace and stability, especially in the context of ending armed conflict and fostering unity. The Chief Minister emphasized the need for young people to contribute to the country's development, calling on them to engage in discussions and propose solutions for long-term peace.

At the event, the youth delegates discussed youth participation in peace building, education, culture, mental health, drug prevention, and cybersecurity.
