Youth Affairs: Central Committee holds meeting for Kachin State

To be able to turn out next generation youths with mentally and physically strength for brighter community in Kachin State, a work coordination meeting jointly organized by the Youth Affairs Committee (Central) and Kachine State Youth Affairs Committee was held on Tuesday at Kachin State government office.

During the meeting, Chairman of the Kachin State Youth Affairs Committee Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan said that the committee prioritizes the development of youth affairs in the state. He also urged all the concerned ministries, organizations, committees and officials to try hard in fulfilling the needs and in implementing the programmes for the development of youths.

After hearing the reports by the officials, the Chief Minister provided 5 million Kyats to the Myanmar Youth Affairs Committee (Central). It was followed by donation of sport items to the Kachin State government by Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs. Then, the Chief Minister gave necessary instructions.
