Women's roles in modern society have evolved dramatically, becoming more diverse than ever. Piloting was once considered exclusively a man's profession. Nowadays, female pilots have proven themselves equal to their male counterparts.

This has been witnessed in Viet Nam aviation industry as the country’s youngest co-pilot, Lâm Tùng Chi, works side by side with any other pilots. They meet all the rigorous requirements: physical strength, health, mental fortitude, and the determination to handle high-pressure situations. Lâm Tùng Chi began her flight training at age 20, and in just six years, she has accumulated 1,300 flight hours.
