




Vietnam’s retail market accelerated in the final months of the year as domestic demand recovered. The growth helped the government approach its GDP growth target of over 8% and its total retail sales target of 12% for goods and consumer services.
Retailers nationwide launched promotions, discounts, and expanded incentives to stimulate consumption and boost the market through the year’s final stretch. Officials said the sector’s performance reflected renewed consumer confidence and strong domestic spending.
