Yangon Investment Forum: Sustainable Growth, Smart Investment: The Future of Yangon

Yangon Investment Forum 2025 took place on Saturday, aiming to promote investments in Yangon Region while creating promising opportunities through networking among the MSME entrepreneurs and investors.

With the theme “Sustainable Growth, Smart Investment: The Future of Yangon”, the forum was organized by the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (Yangon Region Director Office) under the supervision of Myanmar Investment Commission, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations and Yangon Region Government.

In his speech, Union Minister Dr Kan Zaw pledged to provide necessary assistance in line with the law since the provisions of the concerned ministries and region/state governments is crucial in making investments. During the forum, the memoranda of understanding on investments were signed by concerned officials.

The forum also featured the display of 27 booths including MSMEs and investments. Over 500 participants joined the forum which includes roundtable discussions on the investment opportunities in Yangon and business networking and matching.
