


Leaders from around the world spoke to some 400 youth activists attending a climate conference in Milan on Thursday.
The young people have gathered for a three-day Youth4Climate meeting that will draft a document for the 26th Climate Change Conference of the parties which opens on October 31 in Glasgow. Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson took the podium to make their speech.
Johnson said the solution rests on four issues: coal, cars, cash, and trees. He said the world needs to move away from coal, stop using combustion-engine vehicles and plant hundreds of millions of trees. United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Gutteres, thanked the youth for their "powerful example."
