Work Undertakings: Shan State Chief Minister makes inspection tour

NyaungShwe Township Irrigation and Water Utilization Management Department is implementing the construction of Ye Pae Silt Retaining wall at Ye Pae village of Taung Poe Gyi Village-tract in Kalaw District. On November 28th, Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung accompanied by the State Ministers and departmental officials inspected the construction site and heard reports on current work implementation processes and future plans.

Then, the Chief Minster coordinated the requirement and instructed for assisting of sunflower seeds to the growers.

The Chief Minister also called for collaborative efforts of locals and concerned departments to conduct preventative measures for conservation of reserved forest. At Inn Tain Spillway, the Chief Minister and party inspected the condition of spillway, giving necessary instructions upon the reports of the official.

The Chief Minister and party later inspected the completion of Kone Ni concrete bridge and submerged farmlands near Baw Nin Village of Heho Township and received the reports on working processes which are being carried out during 2024-2025 fiscal year. The Chief Minister instructed the needs and coordinated the requirement on establishing of rural production roads.

Afterwards, the Chief Minister and party oversaw the siteof removing the buildings and walls which have been built along Mae Sai Mae Haok Creek in Tachileik District. They also paid homage to the Sayadaw of the Tachileik Naga HnaKaung Monastery and donated offertories. They also toured around the monastery compound and inspected the renovation of the building where insignia and historical utensils of Presiding Sayadaw of Tachileik Naga HnaKaung Monastery, Dr.Baddanda Dhammathiri will be displayed.
