Work Coordination Meeting: Ministry of Energy held a coordination meeting

Union Minister for Energy U Ko Ko Lwin attended and gave an opening remark at the work coordination meeting of Ministry regarding with the work implementations within 9 months period in 2023-2024 fiscal year, works to be done and work plans to be implemented for the development Energy sector in 2024-2025 fiscal year.
In his opening remark, the Union Minister said that there are many supervising and fulfilling works on the reports of the supervising officers serving at the oil fields, factories and the regions and states at the Ministry’s meeting held during January, 2024.
It’s important to fulfill the requirements in the efforts of the General Managers of oil fields and factories and in-charges of the factories by the responsible officials from the Head Office. It’s needed to coordinate to achieve the goals set by the Ministry.
As the tasks have to be implemented amidst the emergency situations at this time, it’s not sufficient with the ordinary efforts, the implementation of the works are needed to be resourceful, intelligent and making breakthrough.
Next, the Directors General, Managing Directors clarified the work plans for the success of the work to be implemented during the remaining period and 2024-2025 fiscal year and the permanent secretary of the Ministry submitted the summarized discussion and the Deputy Minister reviewed on it.
At his speech of conclusion, the Union Minister made shed light on the importance of Energy sector for the strengthening economy of the country, constant efforts for the research and development works, to overcome the difficulties based on the technologies, to fulfill the officers and staff members’ education, health, social and welfare matters and to make preparations for the implementation of the works in 2024-2025 fiscal year.
