Work coordination meeting: MGY Region CM held meeting on Electric power

The Magway Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin together with region Minister for Natural Resources Affairs held a work coordination meeting with the responsible officials from the region/district/Township Electric engineering offices at the meeting hall of region Electric engineering office in the afternoon on 8th April.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chief Minister U Tint Lwin instructed to the Electric service personnel for the electricity safety, reducing overdue electricity bill and not to Power cut-off due to false line during the electricity supply,currently electricity Generation of 290 megawatts from the Power plants in the regions including Solar Power plants, implementation of natural gas fuel Power plant which generates 126 megawatts near Thapyay San Village of Magway and Gas Engine + Solar ) Hybrid Power plant which generates 100 megawatts are under construction and other necessary instructions.

Next, the Chief minister and officials inspected the completion of newly constructed guesthouse in the compound of region government office, Transformer and maintenance and repairing division and status of producing compost from dry leaves.
