Work coordination meeting: Matters to hold Chin National Day discussed

The work coordination meeting for successfully organizing 2024 76th Anniversary Chin National Day was held at the Chin State Government Office in the afternoon on 14th February and attended by the Chief Minister Dr. Wong Hsun Htan , Chief Justice of the State High Court U Nay Soe, Brigadier General Naing Win Aung from the North-West Command, State Ministers, State Advocate General and officials.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chief Minister Chief Minister Dr. Wong Hsun Htan said that the Leading Committee and Subcommittees have been formed for organizing 2024 76th Anniversary Chin National Day successfully. As the Chin National Day is the day of significance for the Chin nationals, it will be organized in grandeur with full of essence. The committee members need to discuss the ongoing tasks and the tasks to be done frankly.

Chairman of Leading Committee State Minister for Security and Border Affairs Col. Thein Tun Aung reported that the 50% of budget has been allocated to each subcommittee and the fund has been disbursed to 6 townships where the security situations are favorable to organize the celebration.

Then, the Chairmen and secretaries of the subcommittee clarified the status of works completion, ongoing tasks and works to be done with Power Point.

In responding to the clarifications, the Brigadier General Naing Win Aung from the North-West Command, State ministers, State advocate General  and secretary of the State government supplemented necessary suggestions and the Chief Minister coordinated requirements.
