Work Coordination meeting: Bago Region CM held meeting with Twps Dev. Comm.

The Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win held a work coordination meeting with the chairmen of region and township development committees and executive officers for the cleaning and greening of the townships was held at the Tawwin Hantha Hall of the region government office in the morning on January 11.  

At the meeting, the chief minister said the development committees are the service centers, in touch with the public and responsible for the cleaning and greening works of the townships. In the implementation of development works, the success will be achieved within a short time with the collaboration of the township residents. As the construction of development works is depending on the collected revenue, it’s needed to collect the proper revenue fully.

The personnel from the development committees require to carry out the tasks in line with the rules and regulations for the public service personnel, order issued and directive, law and by-laws.

Next, the region minister for economic affairs clarified the completion of development works per townships from February, 2021 to December, 2022 and the plans completed to be done in 2023.

Then, the chairmen of region and township development committees and executive officers reported the implementation of cleaning and greening tasks at the relevant township with power point and the region chief minister gave necessary instructions, it’s reported.
