Widodo calls for political stability at a cabinet meeting in Jakarta

Speaking at a cabinet meeting in Jakarta on Tuesday, Indonesian President Joko Widodo urged his ministers and agency heads to pay attention on several issues. 

The president also called for his aides to prioritize political stability and to ensure that there is no political turbulence so that the transition from the current government to the next government will run smoothly. President Widodo is set to conclude his second term on October 20th.
