White House unveils plans to build 'United States Triumphal Arch'

The White House has announced plans to construct a triumphal arch in Washington DC to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the United States. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt spoke to reporters on Wednesday. She said President Donald Trump and the Department of the Interior will submit the plans for the United States Triumphal Arch to a review board.
