Welcome ceremony held for Chinese delegation

On 16th September, a welcome ceremony was held for the Chinese delegation at the main village of the 19th Asian Games, the temporary residence of global athletes during the upcoming event, in Hangzhou City of east China.

Chinese delegation includes 886 athletes who will compete in 407 events during the Games, which is all set to commence next Saturday.

The 19th Asian Games will be co-hosted by Hangzhou and five other cities from Sept. 23 to Oct. 8. It officially started operation in Hangzhou, one week ahead of the Games' grand opening.
