Walking Thingyan: MOSYA celebrates the festival in Nay Pyi Taw

The Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs organized Walking Thingyan Festival on the final Atat Day of Thingyan on Sunday. Union Minister U Min Thein Zan and wife, the deputy Ministers and their wives, officials and staff enjoyed the festival while having charity foods served by the departments under the Ministry.

The Union Minister and party also cheered the entertainments of Thingyan songs and dances by the staff and presented cash awards. They also opened up the lucky draw lots for the staff. The Union Minister and party then took part in splashing of water together with the athletes, and enjoyed the performances of songs and dances. The Union Minister also presented cash awards to the performers.
