A group of 20 people, half of them visually impaired, walked around the Generalisimo Francisco de Miranda Park in Caracas, identifying birds through their songs, guided by a birdwatching specialist who seeks to include this population in the fascinating world of birdwatching.

Before beginning the tour, the birdwatching specialist explained that at least 60% of the species are easier to identify by listening. This activity aims to encourage and include people. "It's important for people not to stay home and to know that there is life after losing their sight," said one of the people in that group.
