







The Prime Minister U Nyo Saw, who is in Nanning, the People's Republic of China, accompanied by Union Ministers Dr. Charlie Than and U Chit Swe, Myanmar Ambassador to China U Tin Maung Swe, Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar Ms. Ma Jia, and other officials, visited the Liuzhou Industrial Museum and the Wuling automobile manufacturing factory of SAIC GM-Wuling Auto Co., Ltd on September 15.
First, the Prime Minister and delegation members took a high-speed train from Nanning to Liuzhou. Upon arrival, they were greeted by Mr. Zhang Zhuang, the Deputy Secretary of the Liuzhou CPC Party Committee and Mayor, and other officials. At the Liuzhou Industrial Museum, the delegation was guided by the deputy director through the industrial history, ecology, and business exhibition halls.
They viewed notable historical industrial items used since 1902, learned about the stages of industrial progress, and saw historical photographs of Liuzhou's industrial development. The Prime Minister toured the exhibits, asking questions and discussing topics he found interesting.
In the afternoon, the Prime Minister and delegation members arrived at the Wuling automobile manufacturing factory of SAIC GM-Wuling Auto Co., Ltd. in Liuzhou. The company's managing director briefed them on the factory's history, the different types of cars manufactured each year, their market sales, and the production of electric vehicles (EVs) since 2017.
He also explained the AI Operations Center and demonstrated the quality, durability, and safety of the manufactured vehicles. The Prime Minister asked questions and engaged in discussions during the tour.
