



Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing met with training officers from the Defence Services (Army) Officer Training School (Hmawbi), women cadet trainees and trainees from the Platoon commander (female) course at the training school on Friday.
Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Maung Maung Aye, Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Moe Aung, Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Tun Aung and senior military officers from Commander-in-Chief office, Commander of Yangon Region Command, Commandant of the training school, training officers, female cadets and trainees also attended the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, the Senior General said that as female cadets who joined the course are graduated persons, they already have experienced in the university field and social communication.
Basically, they need to be trained to become better moral as well as physical and mental strength. They conduct training daily to have stamina and to be strong and also need to perform the trainings with strong determination during the course period.
The Senior General added that they need to understand the leadership skills as the female cadets to perform as junior officers. They must understand the duties of their seniors and junior officers and difficulties with sympathy.
As the responsibilities of leadership connect upper and lower levels, it needs to perform leadership duties with good will.
He continued to say that the training school has already taught military leadership skills and it is necessary to train them to be qualified persons and to perform their duties as a good leader when taking duties. They must be self-confidence and mindset by themselves, on Tatmadaw and the nation.
The Senior General urged them to try hard continuously without losing their hopes and aims in performing the tasks. After the meeting, the Senior General and party viewed around the training hall and instructed the needs on the reports of officials.
Then, the Senior General and party inspected the training schools, local battalion and military units at the Hmawbi station in a motorcade.
