Visit to comfort patients: VSG visits special treatment center in Yangon

Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win, accompanied by his wife Daw Than Than Nwe, senior military officers from the office of Commander in Chief of Defence Services, Commander of the Yangon Region Command and concerned officials visited special treatment center of the Defence Services General Hospital (1,000-bed) in Mingaladon Township of Yangon Region on Tuesday.

Upon arrival at the special treatment center, the Vice Senior General and party were warmly welcomed by the hospital superintendent and concerned officials.

Then, the Vice Senior General comforted the military personnel receiving medical treatment, inquired about the health conditions of each individual and provided foodstuffs and cash assistance. Similarly, the wife of the Vice Senior General and party comforted the patients who were receiving medical treatment at the center and provided foodstuffs.

Afterwards, the officials received cash assistance provided by the wife of the Vice Senior General and party for the military personnel and family members who are receiving treatment at the hospital.

And, the Vice Senior General presented cash rewards to the healthcare personnel working at the hospital through the hospital superintendent.
