Vietnamese Café Introduces Halal Bun Cha in Dubai

A Vietnamese snack food café on a main street in Dubai has introduced a halal version of the traditional Hanoi dish Bun Cha. Chef Toan adapted the dish by substituting chicken for pork to accommodate Muslim dietary restrictions, while preserving the traditional marinating process, charcoal grilling, and dipping sauce.

The dish has been served to regular customers, receiving positive reception for its layered flavors and aromas. Following the initial response, the restaurant plans to offer the halal Bun Cha across its five branches in Dubai.
