Vietnam–Kazakhstan investment cooperation promoted

On Tuesday morning, Party General Secretary Tô Lâm attended the Viet Nam–Kazakhstan Business Roundtable in Astana.  At the roundtable, both sides reviewed the current state of Viet Nam–Kazakhstan investment cooperation, exchanged views on each country’s strengths, potentials, and needs, and discussed solutions to create new momentum for boosting economic and investment collaboration. 

Several leading enterprises from both countries are showing keen interest in cooperating in key sectors such as energy, aviation, finance, tourism, construction, and real estate.  In addition, a framework agreement was signed between Vietjet Qazaqstan and Boeing Group on technical support for the airline. 

Also, Mareven Food, a Vietnamese-owned company, donated 10 ambulances to Almaty Region, Kazakhstan.
