Viet Nam's President official visit to Chile

Chile's President Boric received Vietnamese President Luong Cuong on an official visit to Santiago on Monday. During their meeting, they signed four bilateral agreements on agriculture, defense, culture, and export promotion. This is the first visit to Chile by a Vietnamese President in 15 years.

The President will also have meetings with the Presidents of the Senate and Chamber of Deputies of Chile; received leaders of the Communist Party and the Socialist Party of Chile, as well as the Chile – Viet Nam Friendship Association and lay a wreath at the Statue of President Ho Chi Minh in the capital of Santiago.
