Viet Nam, Yunan (China) Eye increased Trade

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with Wang Ning, Secretary of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee, in Yunnan on Wednesday morning during his official visit to China. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his gratitude to Yunnan’s Party Committee, government, and agencies for their close and effective cooperation in flood discharge management, helping Viet Nam mitigate damage from Typhoon Yagi.

He reaffirmed Vietnam’s commitment to facilitating cooperation between localities in both countries while highlighting Yunnan’s role in this effort. The two sides discussed various cooperation measures to improve bilateral trade.
