Viet Nam strengthens online safety for children

Viet Nam is providing digital safety training to teachers, police officers and content creators under the “Not Alone” campaign to help protect children from online risks. The training focuses on identifying online threats, preventing harm and providing early support to children who experience harmful online activities.

It also covers child psychology, recognising warning signs and helping children seek assistance from trusted adults. The programme encourages parents and teachers to understand children's online activities, maintain open communication and build trust so children feel comfortable reporting online threats and seeking help.
