Viet Nam-Russia strengthen parliamentary cooperation

Viet Nam and Russia on Tuesday agreed to strengthen parliamentary cooperation during a high-level meeting in Moscow between Viet Nam's leader To Lam and State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin. The purpose of the visit is to build favorable laws for long-term energy projects and share expertise in energy policy and human resource training.

Discussions focused on creating solid legal foundations to implement high-level bilateral agreements.
