Viet Nam’s coffee exports surge in 2026

In the first month of 2026 alone, Viet Nam’s coffee sector generated nearly 1.09 billion US dollars in export revenue which is an almost 40% increase on year. The European Union remains the largest importer and Markets in the Americas have also seen strong expansion in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

 In Southeast Asia, Viet Nam is gradually emerging as a promising market for Robusta coffee. This growth is largely driven by persistently high global coffee prices amid tightening global supply. Meanwhile, import demand from major markets remains strong, providing a solid foundation for export turnover.
