Viet Nam–Malaysia ties strengthened

Viet Nam Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held a phone call on Friday afternoon with his Malaysian counterpart Anwar Ibrahim to discuss bilateral relations and key emerging regional and international issues.

Discussing future cooperation, both Prime Ministers welcomed the positive progress in bilateral ties. They agreed to formally adopt the Action Programme for implementing the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for the 2026 to 2030 period in the near future.
