Victory flag presentation: UAG presented victory flag to the sports teams

The flag presenting ceremony for athletes representing the Office of the Auditor General of the Union in the 5th National Sports Festival was held at the Nawarat Hall of UAG Office in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday.

The Union Auditor General Dr. Khin Naing Oo, addressed the athletes, emphasizing that their participation in the 2024 5th National Sports Festival should focus not only on winning but also on upholding the true spirit of sportsmanship. She encouraged the athletes to collaborate harmoniously, adhere to the rules and regulations of their respective sports, and strive to represent the nation with honor and integrity.

Following this, the Union Auditor General presented the victory flag to the team leaders. She also provided sports equipment, medical supplies, and nutritional items, which were received by the team leaders according to their respective sports.

The Office of the Union Auditor General will compete in the 5th National Sports Festival with a 22-member team participating in events including track and field (men’s and women’s), futsal (men’s), hurdles (200 meters and 400 meters), shot put and discus throw, and the 200-meter sprint, it’s reported.
