Venezuela's Interim President, Delcy Rodriguez, said on Tuesday that no foreign power governs the country via television.

President Rodríguez, who was sworn in on Monday, was governing under pressure from President Donald Trump, who said he had taken control of Venezuela after the bombing of the capital and three other states. Rodríguez sent a letter to Trump advocating for a balanced and respectful relationship. She also paid tribute to the martyrs who gave their lives defending Venezuela.
