Venezuelan president says ready for dialogue with U.S. on combating drug trafficking

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said that he is ready if Washington wants serious negotiations on an agreement to combat drug trafficking on Thursday. He also said Venezuela would accept U.S. investment at any time, such as investment from the U.S. oil company Chevron, if the United States needs Venezuelan oil.
