Venezuela and Bolivia sign oil industry agreements

Venezuelan and Bolivian leaders on Thursday signed energy cooperation agreements during a meeting in the Miraflores presidential palace in Caracas. The 13 agreements would "unite" the national oil, gas, and petrochemical companies, said Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.

He also vowed that Venezuela will make great efforts to fulfill them. During the meeting Maduro gave Luis Arce, Bolivian President, a sword as a gesture of friendship between the two countries.
