Voters in Duesseldorf were able to cast their ballots and get a COVID-19 jab at the same time on Sunday.

Vaccination buses were deployed at three polling stations in the western German city. The buses were operating on a walk-in basis, meaning that pre-registration wasn't necessary to get inoculated.

Around 411,000 people in Duesseldorf were eligible to vote in parliamentary elections on Sunday.
