Uttarakhand Members of Parliament meet PM Modi

Members of Parliament from Uttarakhand met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday to discuss the tragic cloudburst disaster in Uttarkashi district, and the ongoing rescue and relief efforts.

During the meeting, Modi expressed deep grief over the incident. Modi also emphasized all central and state agencies are working in full coordination to carry out relief, rescue, and rehabilitation operations. Members of Parliament are urged to remain in close contact with people living in flood and landslide-affected areas and extend every possible help to those in need.
