US, Türkiye, Italy carry out NATO drills in Mediterranean

Navies from the US, Türkiye and Italy participated in a complex NATO exercise in the Mediterranean involving 14 surface and subsurface vessels. The aim of the third Neptune Strike series this year is demonstrate that allied nations can operate together to defend the southern flank of Europe.
