US Secretary of State Rubio meets Slovak President Pellegrini

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Slovak President Peter Pellegrini in Bratislava as part of an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.

During the trip, Rubio also scheduled to meet with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, focusing on energy cooperation and other key bilateral issues, including commitments within NATO, according to the U.S. State Department.  Rubio’s visit to Slovakia followed his participation in the Munich Security Conference in Germany earlier in the week.
