U.S. Secretary of State Blinken arrives in China

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Beijing on Sunday, making the highest-level US visit since his predecessor came in 2018. Blinken is scheduled to spend two days in the Chinese capital. Speaking in the US capital before his departure, Blinken said he would seek to "responsibly manage our relationship" by finding ways to avoid "miscalculations" between the countries.
