US' Kristi Noem meets with President Daniel Noboa in Ecuador to coordinate security issues

Kristi Noem, US Secretary of Homeland Security, visited Ecuador's Eloy Alfaro Air Base, in the city of Manta, alongside President Daniel Noboa and different ministers. Ecuadoran Foreign Affairs Minister Gabriela Sommerfeld said "They have conducted a tour to assess its capabilities and determine how they could strengthen this cooperation".
