US airport travellers face disrupting amid ice storm warning

A massive winter storm set the stage for a brutal travel day Sunday, with airlines warning of widespread cancellations and delays at major airport hubs in Dallas-Fort Worth, Charlotte, Philadelphia and Atlanta.

Transportation Secretary warned that up to 240 million Americans could be affected by the storm. According to Flight Aware, about 14,000 flights in and out of the United States had been canceled over the weekend, with thousands more delayed.
