US–Saudi investment & Abraham Accords

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has announced that Saudi Arabia will increase its investment in the United States from $600 billion to nearly $1 trillion. During their meeting, U.S. President Donald Trump said the two had a “very good talk” on the Abraham Accords, adding that the Crown Prince has a “very good feeling” toward the agreement.

President Trump welcomed the expanded Saudi investment, calling it a boost not only for the economy but also for national security. He said a trillion-dollar investment “creates jobs” and reflects the actions of a “real ally” that strengthens U.S. power.
