Urban Dev. Project: Request For Proposal Issued To 9 Entities

To develop Package 1 – Industrial Park with Essential Ancillary Infrastructure as part of the New Urban Development of Yangon City, the Myanmar Government’s Swiss Challenge Tender Committee received 16 Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions from nine countries ahead of the 22 October 2020 deadline. Among them, 15 qualified entities were shortlisted and invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) stage.

Of those 15 shortlisted entities, the nine entities have paid the RFP fee, permitting them access to RFP documents ahead of the 6 November 2020 deadline. These nine entities may bid either by themselves or as part of a consortium formed to cover the technical and financial scope of this project.

The Question-and-Answer period is allocated up to mid-December 2020. The deadline for the submission of proposals is 18 January 2021.
