Updates on Ongoing Situations: Disinformation, and Armed Conflicts

On November 24th, Major General Zaw Min Tun, the leader of the Information Team of the State Administration Council, provided updates on the situation in Myanmar.

The Major General clarified the information regarding with the returning of 103 persons among the faculty members, students and family members who were abducted from Loikaw University by the KNPP and PDF terrorist groups, timely breaking of fire at Ponnakyun market of Rakhine State, the armed engagements in Shan State (North-East), Sagaing Region, Kayin State and Rakhine State, nation destroying activities of NUG, PDF and terrorists by circulating rumors and disinformation.
