University Visit: SAC Chairman tours the universities in Yangon

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, accompanied by concerned officials visited West Yangon University (WYU) and West Yangon Technological University (WYTU) on Saturday afternoon.

Upon arrival at WYU, the Prime Minister inspected the completed lake excavation and its surrounding greening efforts, the installation of decorative solar-powered water fountains, the finished sidewalk and the overall beautification of the university and heard the briefing from concerned officials.

Following the briefing, he instructed measures for preventing waterlogging during the rainy season, ensuring systematic canal excavation and maintaining the university's cleanliness and visual appeal. The Prime Minister and party then proceeded to WYTU where they oversaw the construction of new classrooms and instructed to implement the long-term greening and beautification of the university’s surroundings.
