University Visit: MOST Union Minister visits UIT and WYTU

On 18th August, Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw accompanied by the concerned officials visited University of Information Technology in Yangon where he heard reports on construction of 6-storey main building.

Then, the Union Minister stressed the faculty members to nurture the students theoretically and practically to become professional researchers and technicians who can contribute to the interest of the nation and people.

Then, the Union Minister inspected the construction progress of the 6-storey main building and gave instructions on timely completion of the construction, meeting set standards.

On arrival at West Yangon Technological University, the Union Minister and party inspected the construction of new 3-storey building, heard reports and provided necessary instructions on timely completion of the building, meeting set standards.  They also inspected the cleaning and greening measures of the university.
