UNICEF Donates Vital Nutritional Supplements to Sri Lanka

UNICEF donates vital nutritional supplements to combat malnutrition in disaster-affected areas. Sri Lankan Ministry of Health and Mass Media received a significant donation of BP-5 additional compound nutritional food from UNICEF to safeguard the health of children at risk of malnutrition following recent disasters.

 The Minister of Health and Mass Media officially accepted the stock of 1,500 packs, totaling approximately 20,000 kilograms from UNICEF Country Representative. This timely intervention is aimed at addressing the immediate nutritional needs of children affected by Cyclone Ditva.
