UNHCR: More than 4 million have fled war Ukraine

The U.N. refugee agency, UNHCR, says more than four million people have now fled Ukraine following Russia’s military operation, a new milestone in the largest refugee crisis in Europe since World War II.Alex Mundt, Senior Emergency Coordinator, UNHCR said "Today, we crossed the four million mark. I think it's a tragic milestone. It means that in less than a month or in just about a month, four million people have been uprooted from their homes, from their families, their communities in what is the fastest exodus of refugees moving in recent history."
It said 4.01 million people had now fled Ukraine.Of those, 2.3 million have entered Poland.
