UN Guterres and Lavrov meet in New York

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Wednesday met with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in New York.
During the meeting, they discussed various aspects of cooperation between Russia and the UN, as well as key issues on the international agenda. Both sides noted the importance of further strengthening the central coordinating role of the UN in global politics, taking into account the widest range of opinions of its member states.
