UN chief concerns on Hezbollah and Israel conflicts in Beirut visit

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres urged Israel and Hezbollah for ceasefire during a visit to Beirut of Lebanon on Friday.  He also emphasized that there is no longer the time of armed groups but the time of strong states. According to the Lebanese health ministry, Guterres arrived in Beirut for what he called a solidarity visit as the conflicts in Lebanon claimed more than 687 lives since March 2nd.
