Ukraine and German FMs comment after Kyiv talks

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Saturday held talks with his German counterpart, Annalena Baerbock, in the capital, Kyiv. The main topic of discussion during their meeting was the increase and acceleration of weapon supplies to Ukraine, Kuleba said. Baerbock, whose visit was unannounced, said Europe would not tire of helping Ukraine.

Germany is providing Ukraine with more than 500 million euros ($507 million) in additional aid, including powerful anti-aircraft systems. The funding must still be approved by parliament, and some of it won't be delivered until next year.
